Case study: documents that prove themselves — for decades

Qualified seal + self-renewing timestamps: INTACT:TRUSTED in any reader

AI that remembers is half the story; regulated businesses need memory that stands up in court. Our records office (spisovna) converts documents to PDF/A, hashes them, and files them in an immutable, append-only archive mapped to the Czech records-management standard (NSESSS).

Each document carries the company's qualified electronic seal (eIDAS QSeal, applied as PAdES from a hardware token) plus a qualified RFC-3161 timestamp, producing PAdES-B-LTA. A renewal pass re-stamps documents before their timestamps expire — layering, not replacing — so validity maintains itself indefinitely.

The proof is verifiable by anyone: a sealed and timestamped sample document validates INTACT:TRUSTED with live revocation checks in a standard PDF reader, chaining to a qualified European trust anchor. No claim to take on faith — open the file and check.
