This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") governs your use of the amemor-ai software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Software") provided by GLG, a.s. and purchased through the amemor-ai Store at amemor-ai.com. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- "Software" means amemor-ai — built on UAML (Universal Agent Memory Layer), including all source code, binaries, documentation, configuration files, and updates provided by GLG.
- "Community Edition" means the version of the Software made available under the Personal Use License.
- "Commercial Edition" means the paid subscription tiers, including additional features, modules, and support.
- "User" or "You" means the individual or legal entity that has accepted this Agreement.
- "Subscription" means the paid license granting access to the Commercial Edition for a defined period (monthly or annual).
- "Free Trial" means the 14-day trial period with full Commercial Edition features at no cost.
2. Model Lisensi
2.1 Community Edition — Personal Use License
The Community Edition is licensed under the Personal Use License. You may use, modify, and distribute it per the Personal Use License at .
2.2 Commercial Edition — Commercial License
The Commercial Edition requires an active paid Subscription (or active Free Trial). The Commercial License grants you:
- A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Commercial Edition;
- Access to commercial-only modules, features, and integrations;
- Priority support as specified in your Subscription plan;
- Use within the scope defined by your Subscription tier.
3. Free Trial
3.1. GLG offers a 14-day free trial of the Commercial Edition with full access to all features.
3.2. At the end of the trial, the Software automatically downgrades to the Community Edition unless you purchase a Subscription.
3.3. The free trial is available once per User. No payment information is required to start the trial.
3.4. During the trial, all terms of this EULA apply except provisions relating to payment.
4. License Scope and Permitted Use
Subject to this Agreement, GLG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the Software on systems under your control;
- Use the Software for its intended purpose — providing structured memory capabilities to AI agents;
- Create backup copies for archival purposes;
- Integrate the Software with your own applications and workflows.
5. Restrictions
You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Commercial Edition modules, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend Commercial Edition modules;
- Remove or alter proprietary notices;
- Use the Software to provide a competing service without prior written consent from GLG;
- Circumvent licensing or authentication mechanisms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Software and all IP rights remain the exclusive property of GLG, a.s. This Agreement does not transfer ownership. Community Edition contributions are governed by the Personal Use License.
7. Subscription and Payment
7.1. Commercial Edition access requires a valid Subscription or active Free Trial.
7.2. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles and automatically renew unless cancelled.
7.3. Payments are processed through our authorized payment processor.

8. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
8.1. GLG offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of first payment at support@uaml.ai.
8.2. This guarantee applies to the first Subscription Period only.
9. Updates and Modifications
GLG may:
- Release updates, patches, or new versions;
- Modify features or scope of any edition or tier;
- Update this EULA with at least 30 days' prior notice.
10. Termination
- By you: at any time by ceasing use and destroying all copies;
- By GLG: upon 14 days' notice if you breach this Agreement;
- Automatic: upon Subscription expiration without renewal (Commercial Edition).
Upon termination, delete all Commercial Edition modules. Community Edition use remains unaffected.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLG'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR CZK 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
GLG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Data and Privacy
amemor-ai uses a local-first architecture. Your data stays on your systems. See our Privacy Policy for website/account data processing.
14. Telemetri dan Data Penggunaan Anonim
14.1. Perangkat Lunak dapat mengumpulkan dan mengirimkan data teknis anonim ke server GLG untuk tujuan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Ini mencakup:
- Status instalasi (berhasil atau gagal);
- Laporan kesalahan (stack trace dan pesan kesalahan — tanpa konten pengguna);
- Metadata teknis: sistem operasi, versi Python, arsitektur CPU, versi UAML;
- Pengenal anonim (hash kriptografi dari nama host — tidak dapat diidentifikasi secara pribadi).
14.2. Tidak ada data pribadi, konten pengguna, entri memori, atau data basis pengetahuan yang pernah dikirimkan.
14.3. Anda dapat memilih untuk tidak menggunakan telemetri kapan saja dengan menjalankan: uaml config set telemetry false
14.4. Data telemetri digunakan semata-mata untuk mengidentifikasi masalah instalasi, memprioritaskan perbaikan bug, dan memahami kompatibilitas platform. Data ini tidak dijual atau dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga.
14.5. Dengan menginstal dan menggunakan Perangkat Lunak, Anda menyetujui pengumpulan data anonim ini kecuali Anda memilih untuk tidak ikut serta seperti yang dijelaskan di atas.

16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.
17. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any Subscription order, constitutes the entire agreement.
19. Penggunaan yang Bertanggung Jawab dan Kepatuhan AI
19.1. Perangkat Lunak adalah alat yang menyediakan memori dan konteks bagi sistem kecerdasan buatan. Anda adalah operator sistem AI yang menggunakan Perangkat Lunak dan bertanggung jawab atas kepatuhan penerapan serta penggunaan spesifik Anda terhadap semua hukum yang berlaku.
19.2. Kepatuhan terhadap regulasi AI merupakan tanggung jawab Anda. Anda setuju untuk mematuhi semua regulasi kecerdasan buatan yang berlaku di yurisdiksi Anda dan di wilayah tempat Anda mengoperasikan Perangkat Lunak, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada EU AI Act dan padanan teritorialnya. Menentukan dan memenuhi kewajiban yang berlaku (termasuk peran apa pun sebagai penyedia atau operator berdasarkan regulasi tersebut) merupakan tanggung jawab Anda.
19.3. Tanpa jaminan atas Keluaran Model. GLG tidak menjamin keakuratan, kelengkapan, legalitas, ketepatan waktu, atau kesesuaian informasi apa pun yang dihasilkan, disediakan, atau diteruskan oleh model AI melalui Perangkat Lunak ("Keluaran Model"). Keluaran dapat tidak akurat atau menyesatkan. Anda wajib meninjau dan memverifikasi Keluaran Model sebelum digunakan; setiap keputusan atau tindakan yang didasarkan padanya menjadi risiko Anda sendiri.
19.4. Pembatasan atas penyalahgunaan. GLG tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyalahgunaan Perangkat Lunak atau model yang terhubung, atau atas konsekuensi yang timbul dari informasi yang disediakan oleh atau melalui model. Anda tidak boleh menggunakan Perangkat Lunak untuk tujuan yang melanggar hukum atau tujuan yang dilarang oleh regulasi AI yang berlaku.
20. Pengendalian Ekspor
Perangkat Lunak mengandung fungsi kriptografi (ML-KEM-768). Anda bertanggung jawab atas kepatuhan terhadap hukum pengendalian ekspor yang berlaku.
