This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") governs your use of the amemor-ai software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Software") provided by GLG, a.s. and purchased through the amemor-ai Store at amemor-ai.com. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

3.1. GLG offers a 14-day free trial of the Commercial Edition with full access to all features.

3.2. At the end of the trial, the Software automatically downgrades to the Community Edition unless you purchase a Subscription.

3.3. The free trial is available once per User. No payment information is required to start the trial.

3.4. During the trial, all terms of this EULA apply except provisions relating to payment.

Subject to this Agreement, GLG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

The Software and all IP rights remain the exclusive property of GLG, a.s. This Agreement does not transfer ownership. Community Edition contributions are governed by the Personal Use License.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1. Commercial Edition access requires a valid Subscription or active Free Trial.

7.2. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles and automatically renew unless cancelled.

8. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

8.1. GLG offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of first payment at support@uaml.ai.

8.2. This guarantee applies to the first Subscription Period only.

Upon termination, delete all Commercial Edition modules. Community Edition use remains unaffected.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLG'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR CZK 10,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

GLG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

amemor-ai uses a local-first architecture. Your data stays on your systems. See our Privacy Policy for website/account data processing.

14. การวัดระยะไกลและข้อมูลการใช้งานที่ไม่ระบุตัวตน

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

17. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any Subscription order, constitutes the entire agreement.

19. การใช้งานอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบและการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้าน AI

19.3. ไม่มีการรับประกันสำหรับผลลัพธ์ของโมเดล GLG ไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง ความครบถ้วน ความชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ความทันเวลา หรือความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่โมเดล AI สร้าง ให้ หรือส่งต่อผ่านซอฟต์แวร์ ("ผลลัพธ์ของโมเดล") ผลลัพธ์อาจไม่ถูกต้องหรือทำให้เข้าใจผิดได้ ท่านต้องตรวจสอบและยืนยันผลลัพธ์ของโมเดลก่อนใช้งาน การตัดสินใจหรือการกระทำใด ๆ ที่อาศัยผลลัพธ์ดังกล่าวถือเป็นความเสี่ยงของท่านเอง

19.4. ข้อจำกัดกรณีการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด GLG ไม่รับผิดต่อการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์หรือโมเดลที่เชื่อมต่อในทางที่ผิด หรือต่อผลที่เกิดจากข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากหรือผ่านโมเดล ท่านต้องไม่ใช้ซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือวัตถุประสงค์ที่ต้องห้ามตามกฎระเบียบด้าน AI ที่ใช้บังคับ

20. การควบคุมการส่งออก

ซอฟต์แวร์มีฟังก์ชันการเข้ารหัส (ML-KEM-768) ท่านมีความรับผิดชอบต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายควบคุมการส่งออกที่ใช้บังคับ
